Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at thefakeposter.in@gmail.com. We will try our best to assist you. However, once the order is sent for packing or production, cancellation may not be possible. -
Customized Orders:
Cancellation for customized orders is only allowed within 3 hours of placing the order. After this period, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled.
Note: For customized order issues, an uncut and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any claim. -
Non-Customized Orders:
You may cancel non-customized orders only before the order has been shipped. Once dispatched, our standard Refund & Return Policy will apply.

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may extend during high-volume periods or for customized designs. -

We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Your available delivery options will be shown during checkout. - Estimated Delivery Time (India Only):
- Standard Delivery: 8 to 10 business days (may vary based on location or courier delays).

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to follow your delivery progress. -
Shipping Delays:
External factors like weather, festivals, strikes, or courier delays may impact the delivery timeline. If your order is delayed noticeably, feel free to contact us for support. -
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping details. We are not responsible for delays, returned orders, or losses caused by incorrect addresses. -
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue. -
Important Note on Damaged Parcels:
If the package looks visibly damaged at delivery, please do not accept the parcel. Instead, inform the delivery person and contact us right away.
Accepting a damaged package may affect your eligibility for replacement or refund.
An uncut, unedited unboxing video is required for damage claims.
